Delivery
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national public holidays).
Shipping time is 5 to 8 working days. Follow your order all the way to your door on our tracking page.

Returns
Personalised and made-to-order items - As this product is created specifically according to the information you provide, it cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights. If it arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at hello@mynuzzo.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will assess the problem and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. It's 316L stainless steel, so showers, rain and everyday life are no problem. It won't tarnish or darken.
What size is it?
It's fully adjustable.
Can I gift it?
Absolutely. Every necklace arrives in its gift box, ready to give.
What if I make a mistake in the name?
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before engraving. After that, get in touch anyway, we'll always do our best.
